Installation

The installation of this module is similar to other Perfex module. Login to your Perfex website

Go to Setup > Modules
Install the flexgallery.zip which you have downloaded from the Envato Market with a valid purchase code.
If module successfully installed, you will see on modules page. Click on Activate link to activate the module.

How to Configure Media Gallery.

FlexGallery includes a settings page where you can choose where the media gallery should appear what actions customers are allowed to perform.

Step 1: In Perfex CRM, go to Utilities → Flexgallery settings.

Step 2: Under Gallery, enable/disable where you want FlexGallery is available:

Enable gallery for Projects
Enable gallery for Tickets
Enable gallery for Tasks
Enable gallery for Leads
Enable gallery for Contracts
Enable gallery for Customers

Step 3: Configure customer permissions (optional):

Allow customers to create project albums
Allow customers to create ticket albums
Allow customers to create task albums

Step 4: Click Save to apply changes.

How to Add Media to Gallery (Project Example)

This section shows how to create an album and upload images to a Project gallery. The same flow applies to other enabled modules (Tickets, Tasks, Leads, Contracts, Customers).

Step 1: Open a project, then click the Gallery tab.
