Installation
The installation of this module is similar to other Perfex module. Login to your Perfex website
- Go to Setup > Modules
- Install the flexiblekit.zip which you have downloaded from the Envato Market with a valid purchase code.
- If module successfully installed, you will see on modules page. Click on Activate link to activate the module.

How to create contact Scheduling Configuration/Rules for Client Contacts
Admin or Staff can create contact schedule for clients
Create Scheduling Configuration for Client Contact
On the Left Side Menu Click on the "Customer"
You can set up as many configurations for CALLS/MEETINGS and TASKS as you want for this contact at any frequency (DAILY,WEEKLY, MONTHLY) of your choice.
Just Seat back, Subsequent SCHEDULES will be CREATED for you based this configurations
How to create contact Scheduling Configuration/Rules for Leads Contact
Admin or Staff can create contact schedule for clients
Create Scheduling Configuration for Lead Contact
On the Left Side Menu Click on the "Leads"
You can set up as many configurations for CALLS/MEETINGS and TASKS as you want for this contact at any frequency (DAILY,WEEKLY, MONTHLY) of your choice.
Then seat back as Subsequent SCHEDULES will be CREATED for you based this configurations
Where to see your Next KITs
You can your Next Keep In Touch on your dashboard
Navigate to your dashboard homepage and location KIT dashboard section
Also, you can see on your calendar
