Installation
The installation of this module is similar to other Perfex module. Login to your Perfex website
- Go to Setup > Modules
- Install the flexibleleadscore.zip which you have downloaded from the Envato Market with a valid purchase code.
- If module successfully installed, you will see on modules page. Click on Activate link to activate the module.
Features
- Create Criteria for Leads Fields e.g Name, City, Address e.t.c
- Apply Strings and Numeric Operators e.g Check if Address that Contains any Text or Starts With or Ends With or IS EMPTY e.t.c
- Create Criteria for your Leads Custom fields. It also supports Array/Multiple Select Fields
- Apply Criteria to your Leads Records to calculate Lead score
- Automatic Score Calculate for New Leads
- See Breakdown of Scores and Which Criteria was applied for each Lead
- Order Leads based on Scores on the Leads Table e.g ASC or DESC
- Insights and Analytics of your Lead Score based on your Score Criteria
How to Create Criteria Rules
Admin can create Criteria you want applied to your Leads
On the Left Side Menu Click on the "Lead Scoring"
Click on the Add Criteria and you will see a modal shown below
Choose the Field, Select Operator and set the Value
You can set Unlimited Criteria for each Fields and allocate any points you want based on your business Needs
SAVE and Activate. Your criteria will be applied to your Leads records in the Background using CRON JOB .
For New Leads, the Criteria will be applied Automatically.
How to see Criteria Applied to a Leads
Because Criteria are applied to all your Leads, Seeing the Score is sometimes not enough, you want to see the Breakdown of which Criteria match a specific leads
You can achieve that by, Doing the Following
On the Left Side Menu Click on the "Leads"
On the Lead of your Choice, Click on View and you will a modal shown below
You will how which Criteria was met and how Points was applied to achieve that Score.
