Installation
The installation of this module is similar to other Perfex module. Login to your Perfex website
- Go to Setup > Modules
- Install the flexiblewa.zip which you have downloaded from the Envato Market with a valid purchase code.
- If module successfully installed, you will see on modules page. Click on Activate link to activate the module.

How to Create Workflow Automation Rules
Admin or Staff can create Workflow Automation Rules
Create Rules configuration for any Section of your Task Workflow
On the Left Side Menu Click on the "Workflow Automation"
You can set Unlimited rules configurations for the Task Section
Just Seat back, The Rules Configuration Action will Trigger Automatically when the tasks move to the SECTION you Set up the setup configuration
How to Organize Actions Execution Order
Because you can create Unlimited Rules for a section, You might want action to Happen in a particular order.
To achieve this, Click
On the Left Side Menu Click on the "Workflow Automation"
You will just Drag and Drop the rules in the order you want and Workflow Automation will pick it up from there.
Example "An Automated Comment when Task Move to Testing Section"
Here is an example to call attention of a Tester to task that just move to Testing Section.
